Depending on the alarm hook the positive up to park light output and the negative up to negative out when armed on the alarm making sure you use a relay so not to blow the alarms output as its usually transisterised and can only handle about 200 mA

That helps here's what i'm up against. The power supply has these wire.Red(12v),Black(-)for power connections, then it has green and blue wire for control connections. These 2 wires would normally go to a switch to turn the strobes off and on,but since i'm not using a switch because they will only be wired into my alarm, what do i do with these 2 wires?

Need to know if they are data or simple circuit break wires maybe when they're shorted together they make the neons stay on not sure without looking at the manual on them.

Your diagram link does not work, you need to specify which power supply. The green and blue wires may be for a slow strobe effect (low intensity) or fast strobe effect (high intensity).

ok, I would hook the red to the 12 volt constant then I would connect the green and blue wires together and run them off the relay described above.

So the 12volt constant wire and the blue and green all go together. That was the hard part,i just didn't know where to hook those 2 wires up to
