The problem here is that, I am going to guess, no one here has worked on a 2006 Peugeot. Thats not a car sold in north america and while we have members from all over the world the primary source of info on this board come from north america. I would LOVE to help you out man, but I dont understand the system in the car. To the best of my knowledge it sounds like when you try to start the car the factory imobilizer is stopping the car from running, is that what you have diagnosed? And it wont let you reprogram in any keys, is that also right? If its like the american Ford and Chrysler vehicles than you need two keys that are already programed to program a 3rd key. You obviously do not have these or else you could start the vehicle. Its also possible that the BCM learning function is locked out and a dealer must be used to program keys. No one ever wants to hear this but it sounds like you need to get the car towed to the dealer to get checked over and reprogramed. Were you doing something to the car that made this happen? If not than it should be covered under your manufactures warrenty because cars should not just drop imobilizer codes for no reason. Im sorry I couldnt be more help
