Hello, I have to install a remote starter on a grand cherokee loredo 96. I want to now if the factory alarm wire and the lock unlock wires colors code it's look like the grand cherokee 97(Arm=arm whith lock Disarm=purple / YELLOW PowerLock=ORANGE / purple,BLACK/ white PowerUnlock=pink/black,pink/black (reverse polarity) )? If not, i want know what is the true colors code. Sory for the mistakes on my text, it's because i don't speak english corectly. Tank you for your help! Bye

I believe you can use a 455t from DEI it will interface into security/door lock functions. Makes life much easier..

You said Cherokee------the technical information you mention is for the Grand Cherokee, though.

Which vehicle are you working on?

It's for a grand cherokee loredo 96.
