Parking lights on the '94 Tercel are listed as

Parking Lights+      green             drivers kick panel
Parking Lights-      GREEN/ red       column, theft ECU ( The theft ECU is located behind the radio and ashtray.)

Hope this is what you were looking for.

Under the steering colum you'll find the wiring for the indicators and if your using a single wire split into 2 and use 2 diodes.

I still cannot figure out this relay for my 94 tercel...in the following diagram...what is the circle with the X and L that is attached to the light? I have tried tieing into the green wire and the GREEN/ red wire and nothing is happening but i found a relay that came with the alarm system that looks like the one in the picture but its supposed to be used for the starter interupt...here is that picture

That diagram is for an alarm that does not offer a flashing light output. It uses a flasher off relay that is triggered by the siren output from the alarm to flash the parking lights. What brand/model alarm do you have?

its a bulldog 2001i...its really cheap but i should still be able to hook it up...so what all would i have to do to get it to work properly?

I just looked at their site and read the install manual. This is a talking all-in-one unit? If this is the unit that is listed on Bulldogsecurity.com as a 2001, the manual does not show a parking light output.

This system being self contained also does not "trigger" a siren in the same manner as a system that would be installed in the vehicle with an output to the siren. In other words, if it is the system I think it is, then you will not be able to hook your parking lights to this system without disassembling the unit, and trying to trace out the wires that provide power to the internal siren, soldering to this trace, and then following the flasher diagram. I would say, that if you want flashing lights, maybe just replace the unit with another type.

back to a question on this...i have the starter kill feature on the car that i have yet to install and it comes with that 87a relay...theoretically would that work for the lights?
