I am installing a Artic Start CM3000 of a 2001 sunfire gt.
I was wondering about the connection of the (-)E-Brake Sensing on CN3 of the starter. Can someone tell me what wire this has to be connected to?
I am also wondering if I have to somehow bypass the clutch switch. Normally when using the key to start this car the clutch has to be pressed to allow it to start.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks in Advane

yes the brake wire must b connected...and on the clutch there should be a switch...test to see if it changes to positive or ground when pressed...the apply that during crank.

parkbrake wire is lightblue in a wide connector in the drivers kickpanel, you can also grab brake and parklight there.
clutch bypass is violet in the 2 pin connector at the clutch switch, you can directly connect your yellow start wire there.

Thanks for the help!!!!
Just have one more question........"clutch bypass is violet in the 2 pin connector at the clutch switch, you can directly connect your yellow start wire there."
Which yellow wire do I connect to this? The Yellow wire on CN1 pin #6 (Starter) is used for the starter kill. There is also a yellow wire CN5 pin #6 (- Aux1).
I am not sure if either of these wires are correct.
