i have  3 older alarms needing remotes , one is a alpine 8035 ,......... 2nd is a excalibur al700c and another is a old cliford super ips .   i am guessing i should just throw them away , but if i can find remotes for at least the alpine and maybe the excalibur ,   or is the remote for these old clunkers more then just getting a new one ???  i know i can get new alarms for 29 to 50 wholesale ,  but i,m one these people who hates to throw stuff away .     so anyone have any ideas it would be cool if you chime in ,  good or bad give your 2 cents .

I just did a websearch for replacement remotes, and the average on an alpine was $60. The Excaliburs were around $45.

You could try this site as well. I have no experience with them, nor am I promoting them but they seem to have a lot of choices.
