...What is it for? Do I need it hooked up (alarm w/ SK & RS) and how would I? Everything seems to work without it- but I'd still like to know.

It could be used for manual transmission to activated the clutch relay so the vehicle can be remote started.

This wire can be used for numerous applications:

  • controls relay for second ignition
  • controls relay for second accessory
  • used for transponder bypass turn on while remote started
  • any type of circuit that you want engaged while remote start sequence is active, this wire will turn with a relay.
