I installed a Hornet 564T into a 2005 honda pilot. I didn't connect the alarm dome light supervision since it has it from the factory. The problem I'm having is that  I remote start the vehicle, than I disarm the alarm. The dome light stays on after I put the key in the ignition. The light goes off only if I open the door and close it again. How can I fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

Put a diode inline with the door sense wire, it could be getting a ground through the alarm.
