i did any alarm for a 95 accord and now the customer came back cause the window goes down but not up. i know the wires i need and foound them i add power to the wire and the window goes down and up but when i use the switch the window goes down but not up I know it had nothing to do with the alarm but if I fix the problem i can charge for labor any advice will be usefull. thanx in advance.

sounds like a switch problem...is this only happening on the drivers door?

no the passenger door goes down slow and up slow but it still goes up and down...
