Alright...
Installed an Audiovox keyless entry system in my '97 base model ford crown vic. I got ahold of an interface module due to Fords' power locks "ground at rest" circuitry. I have everything hooked up according to the keyless & interface directions.
Here's the problem...
I hit unlock on the remote, the car unlocks.
I hit lock on the remote, the car tries to unlock again.
Everything else, trunk, horn, lights works just fine.
What is the problem?

What kind of 'interface module' did you get? More than likely you have some type of wiring issue here. If you could post what wires you connected where as well as the make/model/diagram information from the 'module' we may be able to give you some guidance.

Audiovox has positive and negative lock and unlock on the same wire. Sometimes if you dont diode isolate these wires when conecting to a bypass you can get problems. Just a thought.
