hi looking for advise on which to fit to a ford (mercury) cougar manual trans looking at compustar, bulldog, crimestopper, galaxy, ultrastart which do you recommend. thanks rob.

out of that list.......that i know of... ultra start is for manural tran.

Compustar is built from the ground up as a manual transmission remote start. It is also a highly reliable unit that I have used for over 7 years now.

thanks for the reply guys will have to make my mind up to which to go for looking more like the ultrastart, forbbiden i dont suppose you have fitted any in the ford cougar. thanks

both are nice and reliable units, haven't had a lick of trouble from any I've installed. I have installed far more ultrastart units than any others, and the only prob I ever had was to reprogram 1 remote once.either choice is good.
