Most customer care issues would be handled by the local dealer. Warranty

not to mention ......dei will not deal with you if you are not an authorized installation center.

see the resion i want to contact them.

the installer that was on cliffords web site. started to install my alarm. and the alarm as problems. like 4 chirps every time its un armed (saying that the alarm was triggerd) the installer took 6 months to get the window lifts installed only to blow the module up. as just keeps telling me to get lost. the car i have is a mcc smart fortwo. and was a lot harder to install than he thought.
