Good find, i think we should add stuff to this or atleast try to make like one massive troubleshooting guide with different sections for audio, video, security and such.

wow, that is a very comprehensive trouble shooting pdf file. i am training a new installer at work and i am going to email this to him. it should help him get the basics down enough to keep his head on staight when having to trouble shoot an alarm. thanks man and great find.
