If you are looking for the wire that tells the alarm when the trunk is open it is the RED / black at the BCM. This wire goes to ground when the trunk is open. Your alarm system monitors this wire, when the system is armed and this wire goes to ground your alarm will sound.

If you are looking for the wire that opens the trunk, this is a black wire at the trunk release switch, negative trigger. You would use an auxillary channel output to provide this wire with a negative to get the trunk to open.
