5w reverse door locks

I have a Hyundai 2004 XG350. I am installing a remote start and am having trouble with hooking up the door locks. All the wiring diagrams say there are 5 wire revers door locks. But when I hook them up according to the diageram I have, they do not work at all. I have disconneced the relays and reconnected to make sure of the wiring, but still nothing. Has any one every installed a unit with 5w reverse door locks? Am I missing something??

After verifying that you have the Door Lock / Unlock Wires:

This is 5 wire Reversal:
2 SPDT RELAYS: ( Be sure you use SPDT Relays ONLY! )

Cut LOCK  & UNLOCK Wire in Half.

One Half goes to SWITCH ( this wire will show Voltage when you press Door Switch )

One Half goes to ACTUATOR

Relay 1

LOCK:
PIN 87 =  12 Volts ( + ) Constant
PIN 87a =  wire from Door Lock Switch
PIN 30 =  wire to Actuator
PIN 85 = Negative Lock Output from Alarm
PIN 86 = Constant 12 volt ( + )

Relay 2

UNLOCK:
PIN 87 =  12 Volts ( + ) Constant
PIN 87a =  wire from Door UnLock Switch
PIN 30 =  wire to Actuator
PIN 85 = Negative UnLock Output from Alarm
PIN 86 = Constant 12 volt ( + )

Yes the wires are correct. That is the way I wired it up and nothing happens. I have unwired and rewired it so many times I think I can do it in my sleep. Could it be posible that it is not a 5w reverse? I tried the postive and negative and they did not work either. I know that I am doing it right. After hooking up the relays is there any way to check the wires with a test light or volt meter to make sure each wire is doing what it is suppose to do. could the output from the alarm not be right? unlikely since it is a brand new unit.

With NOTHING hooked to Relay:
Meter PIN 30 & 87a  ....should be closed....
Meter PIN 30 & 87 ....should be Open

If NOT...WRONG RELAY / S

After hooking up Relays
You can touch PIN 85 of either Relay to see if the Relay Activates ( clicks )
NO Click.......Check 12 Volts Constant.
If it Clicks........Check PIN 30 for 12 Volts +

Relays are right ones, used same ones in other car that I just put in an alarm -remote start on.

When I hook up the relays to 12v, the relays do click and Pin 30  does have 12v. I accidently touched the 12v wires on the relay to the lock wire from the module the door lock so I tried the unlock wire and the door unlocks. When I tried just using 12v to the module nothing happen. I have to have the 4 wires from the relays hook up to 12v and then touch one of the wires from the module and it would either lock or unlock?????                                                                                                        

Be sure you are on the LOCK & UNLOCK wires from the Door Switch.
When 1 Relay is activated by your Remote, that Relay supplies 12 Volts + to the Actuator and  the other Relay that is NOT activated acts as GROUND to the Actuator.
So it sounds like you have 1 Relay not wired correctly.......

everthing ok, bad module. it is a 5w wire reverse. switched module and everything works.
