I recently bought an 1989 Honda prelude, which came with a Crimestoppers Gargoyle cs2000 car alarm. My honda has manual door locks and I'm trying to install automatic door locks using the arm\disarm feature of my alarm to lock\unlock the doors. The door lock solenoid is two wires only. The problem is how do I go about wiring this. So far I found out I have to use two relays. The install manual says to hook-up the fused 12v(+) to #87and #86 of both relays. Then I hooked-up the alarm lock output(-) to #85 and the alarm unlock output(-) to #85 on the second relay. After I put one wire coming from the solenoid to #30 of the relay and the second wire from the solenoid to #30 of the second relay. Now here is the problem what goes to both #87a on both of the relays. Is it ground or does it stay closed? Also does this sound like I'm connecting it right. If not can someone explain how to properly install this. I appreciate any help on this subject. Thanks!

Sounds right to me. The 87a is not used with this type of configuration. Just compare this information from this link: https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#arp to what you have, but from what you had it seems right.
