Has anyone installed power lock actuators on this vehicle and how have you installed the sliding door and rear door switches?
I had to order oem switches for the sliding and rear doors and it costs about $90.00 Cdn,It is a special order item. The problem is installing aftermarket actuators as i have to drill holes in the lock catch assembly and when i tighten the actuator rod with the supplied locking hardware, it does not seem as if it will hold too good and may come loose eventually.
Any feed backs will be appreciated, thanks.

I put a Viper 791 in a freightliner sprinter (same vehicle) a couple of years ago, and the actuator install went kind of smoothly. Had to locate the door actuators quite low in front doors due to space restriction, and I'd recommend using high power actuators like the DEI 524N.
sliding door and rear dore were a breeze, but has been a while, so I don't recall many of the specifics. If I get another one in the shop, I'll snap some photos.
