i just asked this question a few weeks ago ..... most memebers lik eit if you search for an answer first ,  but i dont care ,  the answer i got from the same question was that its a loop for the volume when your siren chirps for arm and disarm .  cut the loop and its full volume .

The BLACK/ white wire is for allowing the siren to cycle through all the different sounds while the alarm is going off.  Cut the BLACK/ white wire if you just want the hi/lo siren sound.  The black wire is for softening the chirp when arming/disarming the alarm.  Cut the black wire if you want the chirp to be louder.
