putting in a audiovox ax510 and using a GM-SL for the locks and doorpin

I can't seem to locate the domelight wire in the vehicle, and I need to know if it is positive or negative trigger

also this truck DOES NOT have an underdash light

Here is a link for your truck. The sheet says to get the dome light under the left rear seat at the fuse box.

I believe you can get the (+) grey/black domelight wire in the drivers A-Pillar
