Does DEI 457G do rear window defrost on Chevy full size trucks? Automatically or customer must demand it before leaving vehicle?

I know it does heated seats when it's colder than 32F.

White wire...pin A8 NEG(-) trigger. @ the BCM under the steering column........depending on the year. (since you did not mention it) Ity does NOT do the seats or the mirrors.

Sorry. It's a 2005 Silverado.

"Ity does NOT do the seats or the mirrors." – pardon me?!?

KarTuneMan, is saying it doesn't turn on the heated seats or heated mirrors though.

It will do seats if its 2003 to date. It does Passlock2 only on 2002 and older. But I was curious about rear defrost on the 05 Silverado using the 457G.
