hello, I installed my viper into my maxima last weekend, I didn't know if I needed to connect my ORANGE wire from H1 to anything, it was attached a relay I cut off because I don't think I needed that earlier.  I installed the remote start external super relay box, do I need to connect the orange wire to something and do I need that single relay for something?

the orange wire in the H1 harness is your ground when armed output. It is most commonly used to activate a window rollup module, LED, or starter kill relay.
It can also be used to trigger a relay which can be used for anything your mind can imagine that you'd like active while the alarm is armed. If you do not have anything like this, then you will not need this wire to be connected to anything
