I have a 2002 Dodge Stratus with the Clifford Arrow 5 alarm. The system was installed back in 2003, and I am finally getting around to trying to resolve the issue.

The problem seems to be in the dome light. When I shut off the car, get out and arm the system, everything works like it should. If I disarm the system to get something out of the car, and re-arm the system, the alarm will go off. The dome delay is longer during this activity then when initially getting out of the car.

I had a similar problem with another vehicle, and was able to program a delay so that the alarm wouldn't really arm until the domelight was off. Does anyone know if there is a way to program a delay so that this alarm will quit going off?

Thanks!

Mike

I downloaded the installation manual, but I couldn't find anywhere that showed programming that feature.

The entry delay is for passive arming, the alarm doesn't go off for 15 seconds if the door is opened.
