Hello all, newB here! I've worked in the biz for 15 yrs for both a large nationwide retailer and 3 local, small custom shops and would normally have the means to figure this one out on my own but I'm absolutely stumped! I have access to directechs.com and got my wiring schematics and tips off of there. I spun up my Viper 791XV and wanted to include drivers' door priority unlock, and of course illuminated entry, both of which are giving me a headache. I am positive I have my wiring correct where I must isolate the door latch, door lock and unlock wires with the typical diode and I have the stripe pointed the correct way but for some dang reason (as noted in the DEI notes) the door locks will get pulsed 2-3 times roughly 20 seconds after I arm the alarm. It's coming from the latch wire, I've confirmed it with a meter. Has anyone else run into this issue and what was done to get it straightened out? I'm about ready to pull the alarm out and risk it. :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

had the same sorta thing happen to me with a ford e350 recently.  What I cound up doing was putting diodes on the lock, unlock, and 2nd unlock wires.  Programmed the ignition controlled locks off too.  After that worked fine.
