If you are sure your Mustang came WITHOUT Factory Keyless, then you will need to do a 5 wire Reversal.
Does your Unit have ON-Board relays??

Find your LOCK & UNLOCK wires ( PINK / Yellow & PINK / Green ) Kick Panel
Cut them in Half.
One side of cut wires will have 12 Volts when you Press the DRIVER Door Switch.  ( this will be called Switch Side )
One side of cut wires  will show Nothing ( this will be called Motor Side )

5 Wire Reversal:

? = your Unit wires if you have ON-Board relays

Lock:

? = Switch Side ( N / C )
 ? = Motor Side ( COM )
 ? = 12 Volts Constant ( N / O )

Unlock:

? = Switch Side  ( N / C )
? = Motor Side  ( COM )
?  = 12 Volts Constant  ( N / O )

Not sure of your question??
Are you asking about the whole Alarm working "properly"? or the Door Locks??

the whole alarm, i have all the wires except the door locks connected, and all the alarm does is makes a click noise and the alarm goes non-stop. why would the the brain make the clicking noise non-stop and the alarm go off non stop???  what do you have to do to get these alarms to work ???

If you are sure you have everything connected properly..........
Be sure the Alarm is NOT in Valet Mode.
Also, how long after Arming, does the Alarm Trigger??
