i have negtive door inputs but whem my door is open i don't get a negative groung i don't even get zero is there any thing i can do to solve this because the alar does not go off when the dors ae open

Are you checking at the WHITE wire or right off your PIN Switch

i checked the wire comming off the pin the alarm shows when the door are open but will not set the alarm off when door is open when the alarm is armed
