Does anyone have any information or diagrams for the electrical wiring harness for a 2005 Jeep wrangler? Specifically everything from the transmission back. There should be 19 wires that I need the color codes on and where they go, because my harness has been cut at the transmission.

your best bet would be to purchase a factory service manual.
