Can someone provide wiring detail for remote starter operation. because manual calls for 2 ignition wires but i have 2 starter wires please help.

Without having the manual, I do not think you will have much luck with anyone offering solutions. Most systems provide a way to reprogram the ignition 2 output to change it's behaviour, or offer a negative low current starter output that you could wire a relay to for your second starter requirement.
