Edit functions show up when you have enough posts to get a rank increase (it's in the faq for the site).

DEI is not listing anything on the 1100F, as a matter of fact the only links I can find relevant to that part number via google are from the drdetail site.  Maybe an old piece?  Why not trying to shoot an email off to that site and see if they would be willing to send you a copy of the manual for that piece.

I first found it listed in the directechs wiring diagram for an 05 Taurus.

It's also listed in their directfax catalog. It's listed as document # 21100011

Odd, it is not listed under the manuals/resources link on the directechs site, but is indeed listed in the directfax. Guess you have got to find someone that can have it faxed, scanned, and upped. Sorry I could not be of any help.
