Ive got a clifford rsx 3.5 and the 2-way remote doesnt always receive a signal from the car even if im sitting in the car. It seems to receive a signal if i push the button again...or send another signal. Some installer told me that I dropped it too many times and now the receive is dead, but why would it work sometimes and not all the time. I took it apart and nothings abnormal or loose. Is this a problem everyone has?? Any advice???

By the way, everything else works fine it just wont receive, it always beeps 3 times.

yeah its your remote they just don't hold up very well, it start by being tempermental and then just stop working all together
