I purchased the viper560xv and was wondering if its hard to install?I'm fairly ok with electronics but tight on money. Would you recomend it and what are good guidelines to follow?

i would reccomend any newbie to start on just security only. units w/ remote start can be really overwhelming, especially for the frst timers.

however, you can attempt it by searching the diagram on this forum or database on this site and see where itll take you. if youre stuck w/ the isntallation, then someone might have some timethey want to kill to assist you.
