All my vehicles have a small LED mounted in plain site from the driver's side- they are red and on ALL the time- never unplugged for over ten years-on a couple of them-- if you want it to flash just get one that does- Sure is a lot cheaper that a real alarm- and never the hassle of false alarms- let the thieves wonder if it is real or not......

They make dummy led kits. All you do is find a trigger to turn them on, maybe you could use your negative trigger locks to turn the led on and off. I'll poke around and see if and find a part #. If I recall it was a pretty cheap add on.

I would very much appreciate it. I've seen some that remain on all the time, but I think that would drive me crazy.

Well I've looked, the only one I found was one thats on(flashing) all the time. I am sure there is someone that will read this post and laugh. My heads a little cloudy today but I sure there is a way to wire in a realy and have it open the circuit to the led when  say the ignition is on, I just can't seem to get it right now. There is a flashing red led kit from jc whitney for like 10 or so. If it pops in my head I'll post it. Hope this helps..........It just has a positive and negative input.................Any ideas anybody????
