I have the Exact same brand and model as the one in this Post---> Click Here
So the manual and diagrams are the same. Can anyone give me a basic step by step on how to do this for a 97 dodge Intrepid.

Door Locks: ORANGE = N/C WHITE = LOCK wire YELLOW = 12 Volts CONSTANT
ORANGE / Black = N/C WHITE / Black = UNLOCK wire YELLOW / Black = 12 Volts CONSTANT ------------- MO

Only if you want the added Security. That involves cutting your Starter wire in Half and attaching the wires as shown in Instructions

i think ill pass on cutting the wire from the starter....well i think im gonna try this tommorrow..
is there anything else that i should know before starting this?

Test, Retest & Make sure of your Connections. Best to Solder & Tape.

Don't forget you have to remove the entire lower dash to get to the wiring. Which can suck if you're not paying attention.

are you talkin about ALL the wires?
I heard you can just get to the wires behind the kicker panel on the drivers side PLEASE tell me if im wrong i dont want to mess anything up.
and is there anything you have to connect to the fuse box or can wire to the fusebox?

You get the lock and unlock wires are in the kick, the ignition harness which has you power wires and such is behind the drivers dash. To make it easier on yourself you can remove the lower column cover and access the ignition harness also.

If you are not doing a starter kill, no you just need a constant 12v. You might be able to grab that in the kick can't remember. -------------

well i guess i have no choice then i alread got it to lock with the remote but i still need to cut the unlock wire..
Do i need to hook up the acc wire up to anything??

Don't think you HAVE to hook the accy wire up. Though it might be necessary if you want to change any of the default programming options.
