hy i lost remote control for viper 550 esp i purchase 2 but when i programm only one button works on the remote ''lock'' this button loks unloks and if holded activated panic but remote starters dont work

i try reprogram again but no response from the unit nochirps no nathing

at first time when i program this remote i can hear chirps confirmation

please help

go to directed.com and get manual for alarm. find out what section it is to delete remotes. Delete all remotes now make sure your door trigger works becuase it is required that the door be open when you program remotes. to program auto i think you

Turn ign on Press valet, press and hold valet till chirp then press lock on each remote. i have not done remote program in so long but i believe that is default programming for the remote. if that does not work you will have to read manual on which section is which and manually program each channel by channel.
