Hi I'm installing power door locks in a 97 civic using a 5 wire setup and am looking for the wiring diagram for the second set of plugs.

I am not sure what you mean by the "second set of plugs". If you are adding power door lock actuators you would use the diagram found here, since your Python 900 has internal relays you would just match the wires from this diagram to those of the Python.

i belive the second set of plugs are the door locl/unlock harness.
