i cant seem to get the wizard software to talk to my intelliguard 9000. i have an xp laptop with a serial port running wizard software rev 2.2. the cable i got is c126 which is just the cable, i didnt get the co14 adapter. now i had a gender changer sitting around to change the cables male to a female to plug it in to the computers serial port but i get "no system found". should be be using a null modem aka crossover instead of the gender changer. any help is greatly welcome
