My alarm module has a 3 pin door lock output connection (with relay) for auto lock/unlock at ingnition on/off. Should I wire this as follows: Green-door lock (-), Blue-door unlock (-), & Red-Ing(+)? Also should this give out only a (-) pulse at ing on/off? Thanks.  Anyone know who makes Guardian alarms?

mmm...Is the Red wire not a common wire to enable you to have positive/negative polarity locking.

I dont know the Guardian range of alarms( I'm in the UK). I would imagine the alarm would sense the ignition on/off via the ignition connection to the alarm and then lock/unlock the doors. This feature may be programmable or turned on/off by a dipswitch for example. This is not much help I know...maybe do a search on Google for that brand of alarms.

I do have pin switches to turn feature on/off. It's an option so I don't have to use it. I guess I need to power it up a run test to check wiring. Thanks for reply. Do you know anything about wiring into the keyless entry system? I need to find (-) pulse wires I door panel.
