Installed an Ungo RK1 remote start/keyless this past winter. Don't remember the year of car, but it was a Ford Contour. Locks were either (-) or (+) pulse. Lately, when they unlock via the remote, or the interior switch, it immediately locks the doors again. I unplugged the lock molex from the unit, and then locks work fine. Plug it back in, does the same as before.

Faulty unit?

TRy putting diodes on the lock wires from the unit.  Helps sometimes

I swapped out the hardware, left all wiring intact, and it works fine now.

I have to say, this is probably the first DEI piece I've ever seen go bad in 13 years.
