I am having a hard time finding out how to program a Stock keyless entry key fob on a 2004 acura RSX. My girlfriend bought the car, and they are being dicks about giving her a new key pad, and want to charge her a few hundred bucks to just re-progarm it. With my gm keyless entry, it takes all of 30 seconds to do. Is it the same with the rsx?

can anyone shed some light on this for me.

if your talking about programming a new cut key for the acura, theres no way you can do it yourself, your gonna have to go to the acura dealer and tell them to program it for it. cost like $60

no, i am actually talking about the key fob...the actual remote not the key. Her car has 3 keys, and only 1 key fob so the dealer ordered her a new one, but want to charge her to program it
