How do you run wires into the drivers door, there is a Plastic plug on the body side that the wires go thru.I have to go to the switch for the L/F window, all the other ones i can get in the drivers kick panel.

go through the rubber boot between the crack of the door. Start by taking off the door panel and the kick panel giving you acess to both side of the boot...then depending if you can just push the wires through or you can use some sort of grabbing tool. Whether it be a old car antenna or a $8 frexiable grabber from sears. Worse case senerio(sp) if the boot has a plug filling it or something you can drill a hole on both the door and car, checking to make sure you have clearance to shut properly and putting some wire loom and somesilicone to seal it all up pretty.

Good luck, let us know if you have anymore questions about it, maybe someone else can give you a better idea

Most newer vehicles have molex plugs between the plugs and this causes problems when running wires for audio or accessories. What you will need to do is take the panel apart and push the molex plug out from the inside of the door and also from the door frame on the car side. You most likely will have to loosen off wires from clips in order to get enough slack to pull out the molex connector. Find a flat spot or unused pins and drill a hole large enough to slide your wire(s) through it & repeat on the carside molex connector.

Try not to drill a hole into the car door or the frame of the car as this will eventually rust on you unless your going to prime & paint the holes that you drilled.

there is a molex plug on the car side,The door is just a rubber gromet.I will be spending some time on it this weekend,I just finished the remote start on it and it work out great.I used an IB-K7 from Omega and it was simple and clean install.
