anybody know if a PKU-CH2 can be used on a 2003 chrysler town and country?

Yes it can....................But there were some issues with Unit.  Some of the Transponders were so weak, that you had to take the Chip out & Mount to Column.

Use the PKU-CH instead as it's a better bypass and I've enver had one come back. You can only program these modules once for the vehicle and can not be used again for another vehicle.

The PKU-CH2 won't work on a 2003 according to my listings from the manufacturer. You need a PKU-CH. They work well.
