I'm trying to plan out my installation for my 2W900FM-AS that should be there Thursday. I've found a well hidden spot for the brain but I worry that it's too far for the antenna to reach the windshield. I know you can't extend this wire so this is the deciding factor for if this mounting location will work. I'll need to run about 7 feet. Can anyone tell me how long the antenna wire is on this unit? I want to hide the brain somewhere besides under the dash for added security. Thanks in advance.

I dont know the exact length, but it definatly well exceeds 7 feet.
