clifford g5 callguard 2

hi

anyone know where i can get this in the united states. these are all over europe and seem very nice  it uses sms / text message to send and receive commands.  why has dei decided not to push this unit in america

Clifford CallGuard 2 
The CallGuard unit is a universal GSM control and monitoring system. All commands and reporting are done via SMS text messages. The system is worldwide compatible working with all GSM 900/1800 Mhz networks and optional 850/1900 MHz networks. Both “Pay As You Go” and contract SIM cards can be used.
