Check that your not getting ground on the hood pin switch or 12 volts on the brake wire. Some vehicles have the dome light turn on as you close the last door which cancels ready mode. This has been a problem on some Ford's and some Chevy's that I've worked on which were manual vehicles.

If you get your door triggers right at each pin switch and diode isolate them it will work. The only problem is that the radio will stay on. It will turn off in 10 min or so. I havent yet found a better way than this to do it.

2 things that i have found out is u cant use the wire in the drivers kick for Ebrake u have go right to the switch

to put it into readymode.

for the radio u have to pulse this wire connect your remote starter's start wire directly to this wire @the pcm at pin 54 for automatics for manuals vehicles pin 70@ pcm  pcm located under hood left side of the engine.to turn off the radio.

Or, you could just pulse your driver's door pin with a rearm pulse, diode isolating away from the starter appropriately........ same way we have been doing it on GM's for years.....
