I found a great spot to mount the brain of my 2W900FM but it is about 12" to the side of the porting on my sub box. Do I need to protect the brain in insulation from vibration/sound pressure, or will it be fine on its own? Or should I just find a new spot (although I'd really like to make this spot work)? Thanks for the help.
