I`m trying to install a compustar 2w900fm-as on a 97 civic dx. I have the diagrams but need help to figure out where the main CN1 wires go to?

Stop now. These are the easiest wires to hook up. If you lack a soldering iron and are stuck at this point in time, imagine what will happen if you hook up a incorrect wire or do not make a proper connection. Poof goes your ride. Take the vehicle to someone that does this for a living before it costs you more in the long run.
