I have the IG8000,,, it is a used system, and I am trying to get into the programming mode, but I only have the unit on my bench until I can verify functionality. I have tried all things I can think of, but I cannot get it to enter programming. So far, I have tried turning key on, enter pin code, then hold the * for 10 seconds. I see on some systems, you have to open a door,,, do I need to open and close a door sensor as well before it will let me in to program it? I ordered my Cliffnet cable, but I don't have it just yet, but I may have to wait for it to get here... Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Got my wizard cable today,,, and as I suspected, the valet code had been changed.....  Now that I know what it is, I can tweak everything....  The wizard software is very cool too!!
