Directechs calls for a 5 wire on the trunk release. I have a negative output from a Avital Remote Start/Keyless for trunk release and I need an explanation of how to wire this into this. Thanks.

you need a relay and wiring harness for it first, if you have that, look at

https://www.commandocaralarms.com/trunkrelease.asp

that will tell you where to connect each wire
