one question about it the H1/3 WHITE/ Blue remote start (-) activation wire. what exactly do the mean by it needs two negitive pulses? two just once or every time it goes to start? and would nutrule safty swich work for that? it is the only thing thta confuses me about the alarm everthing else i got. and if it helps its an 05 dodge stratus coupe

you would use it if you had another alarm system that had a aux channel. By sending 2 consecutive pulse to this wire (from your alarm system with the aux channel) it will remote start
But since you have an alarm (791), no need
Learn something new everyday!

if you had a DEI timer/temp module you would use the WHITE/ blue input.
