My 97 Honda Accord has no wipers, dome lamp or rear defroster until the parking lamps are turned on. Someone had a alarm on the vehicle at one time, but I have no idea what brand and how they wired it. Any ideas on where to start looking for the fix ?

I have checked both fuse boxes (dash & engine compartment), the dome lamp fuse is missing from the eingine comp. box. When you plug a fuse into it the parking lamps stay on all the time.
