heres the deal, ive done about a dozen of these 06 explorers for a fleet account, all vehicles got an audiovox aps-786 installed, im having problems with only ONE vehicle. after the car sits for about 45 minutes to one hour armed, the vehicle will automatically unlock the doors but the alarm still stays armed. after calling audiovox tech support they confirmed that they have heard of this happening on explorers and they suggested installing diodes on the lock outputs coming from the 786. after doing this i let the vehicle sit for an hour and it remained locked. i thought the problem was solved, but not even a week later the customer called back and says it is still unlocking. Has anyone else encountered this problem on explorers?

You might want to trya different module perhaps switching one with another vehicle.
